Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen bananas

40g salted vanilla protein powder 

2 scoops Active Collagen All-In-One powder 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

1/4 cup almond milk

pinch sea salt 

 

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend using a tamper for 1-3 minutes, or until smoothie is very creamy and smooth. 

I typically start on speed 1, then increase to speed 5, then to speed 7-9, before decreasing back to speed 5-6.

Serve immediately and top with your fave toppings like granola and peanut butter, or transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze until necessary! Enjoy x

 

Tips:

- If you don’t have a high powered blender you may need to add a splash more of water or plant based milk to assist in blending!
