1 cup almonds (soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight)

4 cups water

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

1 teaspoon active collagen powder


Drain soaked almonds and rinse well under running water.

Add almonds, water, vanilla bean paste and collagen powder to a high speed blender. Blend for 2 minutes on medium high speed, or until very well blended.

Add a towel or nut milk bag over a clean large bowl and pour the almond blended mixture into the bag. Gather the sides of the towel or bag and squeeze out the milk into the bowl until no liquid comes out.

Store in a glass milk bottle in the fridge for up to 5 days. Serve with coffee, matcha, cereal or drink on its own! Enjoy!
